Another screwy day

Well, well. How about another bad day? This one started off at home. My bushes need trimming all around the house. So I got my electric trimmer out and proceeded to trim. Got them done around the storage house. Headed towards the well house. So I proceeded to cut the extension cord with the trimmer, and me not knowing how to piece these things back together, headed to my friends farm to get him to fix it. So, he fixed it, so I went on and fed the horses, and then headed once again to look for that upholstery man. Oh, and found out I had been given the wrong street name for where he lives, but left my notes at home and so didn't have the street number. That was another wasted few miles trying to think I'd see a upholstery shop. Headed back home to finish the bushes at the well house, hadn't cut 2 minutes before I cut the cord AGAIN in another place! I gave up then. Left the cord for the ex to fix at his house. Looked at my deposit expecting to see more money since I've been working lots of OT. Ha! That's a joke. Should of changed my dependents is what a friend said. All that OT and I only brought home a couple of extra hundred dollars. Not worth the mental stress. So, when I looked at my deposit, I just literally cried. That extra I expected would have come in handy to catch up on bills. THEN 2 of my children sent me individual text needing gas money. Mind you my deposit was not credited yet and I had all of 2.71 to my name. And even though they need help which I understand like everybody does every now and then, myself included, if they'd just call once and say, "mom, is there anything you need done?, grass cut, house cleaned?" And everytime I turn them down, I feel like a no good mom. So, after that, well, went to work and had another horrible day! Out of 8 hours only sold one policy. THAT is not good. Keeping my fingers crossed today will be better!
