It's already almost the middle of August. Can you believe this summer is almost over? Seems the older we get, the faster time goes by. Seems like yesterday when my children were little one's running around playing, they just grew up to fast. Still growing I know, still have so much to learn in life. Now it is also my grandchildren's turn. For them to grow up hopefully not having to go through all the harshness of the world, and hoping they'll listen more than I did at least to prevent them from heartache and struggle.
I love my children. I love my family. I miss my grandchildren and wish life wasn't so busy so we could spend more time together without everybody being in so many different directions.
I wish years ago I had made the decision to move to my grandparents place in the country. Life may have been different. Maybe. Some things I would change, some of course I wouldn't.
My grandaughter starts 1st grade tomorrow! I know she'll do fine. She's smart and very outgoing and fits in wherever she goes. Marley turned 1 yr old at the end of July. She's walking everywhere. Both of my grandaughters are beautiful little people.
I do hope anybody out there that is reading this has a great Monday for your children in school, whether it be anywhere from kindergarten to college.
