A hell of a week indeed! Tuesday I had a bout either with kidney stones or infection. Don't ever if you can help it and you live in Cochran, Ga or near here, don't go to Bleckley Hospital! The receptionist was a very uncaring, rude acting young person, the doctor didn't do any tests like he most probably should have and when I even had to go back due to a reaction to the codine in the pain pill's he prescribed, he said it wasn't a reaction and to continue taking the pill, the WHOLE pill. Me and the nurse begged to differ. When your throat feels like it's closing up, I don't believe that's safe to take another one! The only one I had any respect for there was the RN. She was very nice and did what she could to make me comfortable and get me the pain medicine in me as fast as she could. My older daughter has kidney stones and I never until Tuesday night have really understood how painful that can be. I still don't know if it was stones yet or infection. I'm taking antibotics so hopefully it will be cleared up. I have not felt myself ever since. I'm feeling good tonight though, so hopefully the worse is over and they've passed or the infection is getting under control.
On a good note, my older grandaughter Alyssa started 1st grade is from what her Mom says is so excited. She hugged her teacher on open house and told her she'd see her tomorrow, and came home the first day and told mommy she had made 20 friends!
Tomorrow I cut grass, hopefully buy me or borrow a weedeater, finish up my yard, if it isn't going to rain, ride (maybe) my motorcycle to Macon to a family get together, and MAYBE again after that drive to Darien, Ga to my cousin and his wife's place on the river and go deepsea fishing with them Sunday. If my sister will go with me too.
Alot of plans maybe, alot to do, but it's either do it this weekend or wait another couple of weeks.
