I am one tired puppy!



So, I went walking this morning around 11:00. Big mistake. I haven't felt good the last couple of days. Stomach problems, guilt for not walking problems, tired from and of working, so I thought after sitting this morning whilst drinking my coffee that I would do something about this predicament I was in that me getting up and out was going to help me feel better. HA! I feel better in a kinda sort-ta way that I got some excersize and got outside, but was thinking will I ever make it back before I have to go to the bathroom and/or pass out?! Starting out the walk was good, coming back, was hot and horrendous. This is apparantly what happens when you're already feeling crappy. So take my advice, if you're feeling this way, wait until another day when you're feeling more up to par before making it worse!
