Steppenwolf - Born To Be Wild

It was just what I needed! Except of course working some OT. But then again, that's what I needed too! Got my battery in my motorcycle. It's been without for over a month. Like 2 months really! Getting on my bike has once again made me realize when I think about it, I need to hang onto it. Don't sell it. Cause when I ride, it is like nothing else. It's just a feeling of .... what? I can't even describe it except that maybe it is one thing I feel I am absolutely in control of. Driving a car is too, but a bike is more challenging. More dangerous of course, but that's not part of it for me. I don't like the danger part of it, and that is one thing you have to be totally alert for at all times. For animals, things in the road, other drivers, all that. So, I rode to work Saturday to work a few hours. Then after that to Dublin with Darren and took the long ride home through some small towns. Sunday I rode to Jesup to visit with my daughter and my 2 grandaughters. I had planned on spending the night, but there was to much commotion going on for me! Lots of little chilrens there! So, I hopped back on my bike to come home and as much as I hate riding in the dark, WAY to dangerous I think, I ended up riding about an hour in the dark. It was a beautiful night though. Thank GOD for watching over me. Along with my Daddy at his side I am sure. :)

Oh and while I was there, my daughter, that supposidly knows how to drive, but she did have a sore hand, turned out of their yard to go one way, decided to go the other way at the last minute, and there was really, really, soft sand and so guess what? yep. got stuck. Her friend tried to pull her out with his truck. Guess what? Yep, got stuck. We eventually got it out. Or shall I say.. got THEM out! hehehehe.

Got home, was worn out. Riding on a motorcycle for 2 hours straight can be quite tiring. Took a hot bath, chilled out, and even went to bed early. Well, early for me which was around 11:30pm.

Today at work was ok. 9 hours makes for a long day sitting and selling.
